My Relevance to Your Association:
My presentations address the heart of person-centered care, empowering caregivers to address the enrichment needs (those needs that go above and beyond the basic physiological and safety needs) of their clients. My original songs, stories, and creative methods stem from experiences and conversations I’ve had with the residents I’ve served, giving voice to their humanity and individuality. Staff members return to their workplaces with greater empathy, energy, creativity and vision.
